Terms of Service

Submitting an Order: 

​

If you are contacting me for a Quote, Question, or are ready to order a Commission, please email me at RookshocksWorkshop@gmail.com with these notes attached. If there is an option, price, or an

answer that my website does not provide, you are more than welcome to email me without filling

all of these notes! 

-Preferred name

-Optional contact if any information is lost for any reason. I may contact you through Discord for faster process.

-Include your Paypal email for any work purchases.

-When your piece is uploaded to twitter, your name shall remain anonymous, unless if you request me to tag you in the original post. This is to protect the customer's identity, as I have previously come across suspicious stranger activity that has me believe they could be a stalker or scammer. 

-I will only be accepting orders via email. Any DMs will be directed to my email instead.

-References, photos, information, smaller details that may be only available in text, etc. is all accepted when asking for a quote or order.

-Orders are not first come first serve. Each submission will be reviewed until a slot limit has been reached per quota, and emails will be sent out to the accepted. 

-SFW and NSFW references and works will be available at this time.

(NO Feral NSFW please. I don't want to see it, I don't want to draw it. This includes fictional beasts.)

 This website only provides SFW pieces with the exception of tasteful nudity and gore. If you wish to see more NSFW examples, you may email me for a private link.

-Humans (fictional preferred, no children or babies)

-Dragons/Monsters/Cute/Terrifying

-Robots/Machines/Artillery 

-Fantasy/Surreal/Sceneries

-Fashion/Armor/Tattoos/Jewelry

-Gore/Grotesque/Macabre

-Pastel/Sparkly things
-SFW or NSFW

-Blue tones will have to be more muted. Any strong tones will stress my eyes out and impede my ability to work.

-What I WILL NOT Draw:

-Rape

-Pedophilia / Incest / Age-Up / Age-Play

-Water Sports / Scat

-Beastiality / Zoophilia / Feral NSFW

-Racism 

-Homophobia

-Anything that fits as such, but be sure to ask just to be safe.

 

-Redistributing my works for any NFTs ( Non-Fungible Tokens ) or Cryptocurrency is absolutely PROHIBITED, and if finding my works being used as such will be taken down via DMCA ( Digital Millennium Copyright Act )

-Ordering a commission is for the customer to own. I will not be selling merchandise, nor is anyone else allowed to redistribute it. The customer will be involved with the process all the way through, and I will need confirmations along the way to make sure the "sketch > lines > base colors > shaded colors > and final details" suits the customer's needs. When each phase has been approved, the customer is not allowed to make any major changes. These changes must be recognized before having any phase approved. If the customer must have a change, a sir fee will be charged and may start at $50+.

-At this time, there is no limit to how many pieces a customer can order, but I may close my shop at any time to minimize stress, and finish the queue to the best of my abilities

Adoptable Information

​

-If the customer is only buying an existing design, they are allowed to resell at any time so long as the selling price is equal to or less than its original price. If they plan to keep the design, they are allowed to make personal merchandise either for themselves or give as gifts to friends and/or family.

-Payment Plans are accepted! The only acception to create a plan is if the customer's order is greater than then required $300 down payment.

(i.e. If $300 of $400 is put down, the remaining $100 may be paid on a later date) 

The catch is I will only work the same amount that the piece has been paid for

(i.e. 50% has only been paid, then only 50% will be worked on)

-Refunds are not available at this time, but I will be doing the best of my abilities to make sure everyone is satisfied with their piece. If some form of refund is demanded, it will be discussed via email.

-The finished piece will be sent back 1 Non-watermarked PNG File

The owner may use their original file for personal use.

-Reuploading the original version is permitted so long as credit is given, and a link to my Twitter account is front and center.
